1. About Harpiyo CRM

Harpiyo CRM is a Windows desktop customer relationship management application designed primarily for individual use.

Harpiyo CRM is planned for release through Microsoft Store.

Purchases, downloads, licensing and other Microsoft Store services are also subject to the applicable Microsoft terms and policies.

Unless additional licence terms are stated as part of the Microsoft Store listing, use of Harpiyo CRM is subject to the applicable Microsoft Standard Application License Terms.

2. Product information

We aim to ensure that information about Harpiyo CRM on this website is accurate and up to date.

We may update product information as Harpiyo CRM develops. Information describing the version available for purchase should be read together with the current Microsoft Store listing.

The Microsoft Store listing should be checked for the current version, availability, price, system requirements and applicable purchase information.

Nothing on this website is intended to override any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

3. Purchase

Harpiyo CRM is planned to be sold using a one-time purchase model rather than an ongoing subscription for the licence purchased through Microsoft Store.

A one-time purchase does not, by itself, mean that every future product, edition, major version, feature or service will be provided without additional charge.

When Harpiyo CRM is released, the current purchase price and applicable Microsoft Store conditions will be shown through Microsoft Store.

Payment processing is handled through Microsoft Store. SHIELD CROSS ENTERPRISES LTD does not directly collect your payment-card details when you purchase Harpiyo CRM through Microsoft Store.

Any rights relating to cancellation or refunds are subject to applicable law and the relevant Microsoft Store purchase and refund terms.

4. Updates

Harpiyo CRM may receive updates from time to time through Microsoft Store.

An internet connection may be required to download Harpiyo CRM, receive updates and use other Microsoft Store services.

Harpiyo CRM can be used offline for normal CRM work once installed and does not depend on Harpiyo CRM-hosted servers to operate your locally stored CRM database.

5. Your data and backups

Harpiyo CRM stores CRM data locally on your computer.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter, import or store in Harpiyo CRM and for ensuring that you have the right to use that information.

Harpiyo CRM includes backup and restore functionality. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you and for storing those backups securely.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Harpiyo CRM, this website or our support services:

• for unlawful purposes;

Your right to install and use Harpiyo CRM is governed by the licence terms applicable to the application through Microsoft Store.

You retain ownership of the information and files that you create, enter or store using Harpiyo CRM.

Harpiyo CRM and this website may refer or link to services operated by third parties, including Microsoft Store.

Third-party services are operated under their own terms, policies and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

10. Website availability

We may update, change or maintain harpiyocrm.com from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.

Harpiyo CRM does not ordinarily require harpiyocrm.com to be available for normal use of an installed copy.

Microsoft Store and other third-party services may still be required for functions such as downloading, licensing or updating Harpiyo CRM.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law where those rights cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer, statutory rights relating to digital content may apply in addition to these Terms and any applicable Microsoft Store licence terms.

This includes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer-protection law.
