Can I use Harpiyo CRM offline?

Core CRM features use data on your Windows computer. Downloads, updates and external website or email actions use other services.

Will Harpiyo CRM require a subscription?

Harpiyo CRM is planned as a one-time purchase through Microsoft Store. See Pricing for release and purchase details.

Can I import my existing contacts?

CSV import lets you map columns, review matches and confirm changes. Back up important existing data first.

Is CSV export a complete backup?

CSV exports contact information and excludes notes, tags, activities and attachments. A CRM backup preserves the database and managed Contact Files; keep external linked files separately.

Does Harpiyo CRM synchronise between computers?

Automatic cloud synchronisation is not provided. Backups preserve and restore local data without acting as live synchronisation.
